Attorney's Title Insurance Fund is the premier title insurance underwriter in the State of Florida.  It's members and closing agents must be attorneys licensed to practice law in Florida.  It publishes The Fund's Title Notes, which is the standard used by most (if not all) of the title insurance companies in Florida in promulgating underwriting standards.

It sponsors local real estate councils throughout the state whose members are real estate attorneys, real estate agents and brokers, and title insurance agents.  The one for the Tampa Bay area is called Bar Area Real Estate Council (BAREC).

It also publishes The Fund Concept, a great resource for keeping abreast of the most recent developments in real estate law.
