What is JEDTI?

Jurists Engaged in the Defense of Title Integrity.  It is a  Tampa Bay area based group of Florida attorneys who specialize in defending against foreclosure, preserving the integrity of our real property title laws, and resisting the due process abuse and debasement of our evidence code occurring daily in our trial courts by foreclosure mills and their agents. Formed by attorney Greg Clark, the group is a developing brain trust of litigation and title lawyers who have or are gaining advanced skills in real estate, trust, title, title examination & insurance, UCC, and mortgage law..
